How a piece arrives at your door.

• In-stock pieces ship within 5–7 working days.
• Customised pieces ship within 3–4 weeks.
• Bespoke commissions ship 6–8 weeks after we receive the fabric.
• Standard shipping is free above ₹8,000. Below that, ₹250 flat.
• Cash on delivery is available across major Indian cities.

We ship to the UAE, UK, US, Canada, Singapore and Australia at present. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Each piece travels in a fabric-lined inner box, cushioned in tissue, set inside an outer corrugated box with corner protection. Most parcels arrive looking as if they were handed to you in our workshop.

In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they arrive back unused and in their original packaging. We do not refund the return shipping cost.

Customised and bespoke pieces cannot be returned — but if anything is wrong, please write to us. We will make it right.
