Refund & Cancellation Policy
Made by hand, sold with care. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancellations
You may cancel an in-stock order any time before it is dispatched — just write to atelier@teaky.in with your order reference. Customised and bespoke pieces can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering, after which production has usually begun and they cannot be cancelled.
Returns
In-stock pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive back unused and in their original packaging. Because customised and bespoke pieces are made to your specification, they cannot be returned — but if anything is wrong with them, we will make it right.
Damaged or wrong items
If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or by bank transfer / UPI (for Cash-on-Delivery orders), typically within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item or approving the claim. Return shipping for a change of mind is not refunded; we cover it for damaged or incorrect items.
